Leader on the French market and already available in Belgium, Spain and Italy, we’re on a mission to reinvent and unlock mobility in Europe.
We've opened the Spanish market in 2022 and are experiencing an important growth in this country! In this context, we are looking for an intern to reinforce our Operations team and help us absorbe this increasing demand.
For each delivery, the mission of the Operations team is to find the right driver to deliver the car and handle emergencies or unexpected issues that can happen on the road.
💫 Your role:
Your #1 role: Emergency management: the world of transport is full of unforeseen events. Our aim is to minimize the repercussions of these unexpected events, so that journeys can be completed with peace of mind for both customer and driver,
Route allocation: this involves identifying the most suitable driver for the delivery, based on availability and quotes submitted. As part of this task, you might have to negotiate to find a price that's fair for both us and the driver,
Improving and implementing internal processes: In addition to your daily operational run, you will be able to help us improve our operational processes, to improve efficiency and quality of service for our customers and drivers.
