We've opened the Italian market last September and are experiencing an important growth in this country! In this context, we are looking for an intern to reinforce our team and help us absorb this increasing demand.
For each delivery, the mission of the Operations team is to find the right driver to deliver the car and handle emergencies or unexpected issues that can happen on the road.
💫 Your role:
You will be joining the Italian Team : Saverio, Country Manager, and Alice, Operations Officer. Your role will be :
Drivers onboarding and support (40%): We work with independent drivers to deliver our clients’ cars. Your role is to ensure that we have a sufficient amount of drivers in each region and bring daily support : onboarding, training, engaging and answering their questions.
Mission monitoring (40%):
Transport assignment : this involves identifying the most suitable driver for the delivery, based on availability and quotes submitted. As part of this task, you might have to negotiate to find a price that's fair for both us and the driver,
Emergency management: the world of transport is full of unforeseen events. Your role will be to find solutions, to minimize the repercussions of these unexpected events, so that deliveries can be achieved with peace of mind for both customer and driver,
Improving and implementing internal processes (20%): In collaboration with Alice, Ops Officer, and in addition to your daily operational tasks, you will be able to help us improve our operational processes, to increase efficiency and quality of service for our customers and drivers.

Job requirements

You have good communication skills: you're comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone, you know how to adapt your speech.
You are a problem-solver: positive by nature, you know how to analyze a situation and take actions to resolve any issue or improve processes.
You have great organizational skills: Multi-tasking isn’t an issue for you. You love working on several topics at the same time and know what to prioritize.
You have a previous experience in a client-facing role : customer support, salesperson, call center, waiter…
You are fluent in Italian and have at least a level B1 in English, to communicate with the rest of the teams.
