We are strengthening our local team to handle the increase in activity, optimize our processes, and improve the experience of our clients and partners. This position is at the heart of the action, with varied missions and great development opportunities.
đ Your role:
As a logistics operations manager, you work closely with the rest of the Belgian team, currently composed of 3 people. You ensure the smooth running of transport missions and provide daily support to our driver partners.
đŻ More specifically, your missions will be:
1. Develop and animate the driver network
Sourcing: you participate with marketing in the driver recruitment strategy according to operational needs.
Onboarding: you support new drivers from registration to their first mission, to ensure a smooth and effective integration.
Support & animation: you become their main contact, to inform, train, motivate them, and answer their questions, including on billing.
2. Coordinate transport missions
Planning and assignment: you identify and confirm the most suitable driver for each mission.
Operational monitoring: you organize appointments with end customers and ensure the smooth running of journeys.
Handling unforeseen events: On the road, there can be many unexpected events! You intervene in case of problems to find solutions quickly and ensure that our client is impacted as little as possible.
3. Work cross-functionally with other teams
In a logic of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction:
You exchange daily with the local sales and Customer Success Manager.
You regularly collaborate with the support teams at the headquarters (France): Product, Marketing, Group Project, HR, FinanceâŠ

Job requirements

You are comfortable speaking and writing in French and Flemish
You have at least an intermediate level in English, to be able to communicate with our international teams
You are organized, reactive, and meticulous. You enjoy solving problems.

You have good adaptability skills, you enjoy working in dynamic environments.
